Artist biography
Mimi Illouz an Israeli artist. She was Born 1965 in Morocco, and Immigrated
to Israel in 1971. Illouz studied pattern making in Shenkar in the faculty of
design. Illouz worked at the fashion industry as medallist and designer.
Her 10 years in Asia become her inspiration and playground for her artwork.
The influence of Asia on her work can be seen in her collection, her work
generates optimism, peacefulness, and the emphasis of colors and lights
in original and aesthetical ways that form the figures, places and moments.
Mimi's bright colors move our souls by colors, harmony, and composition
expressing her love and sympathy to the places. Letting the viewer feel he
is essentially inside the painting.
